6, 1967, in Evanston, he passed away suddenly, Thursday, Feb. 17, 2005, at Condell Medical Center. He was a Libertyville resident before moving to Brookfield, Wis., in 1986. Brad and his family returned to Libertyville in 1991, and he enjoyed his stay at Winchester House, since 1999.
