Teen girls and parents from Northwest Suburban High School District 214 and beyond can swap that old prom garb for some spiffy new attire this month at the second annual prom dress exchange, set for March 19 at Meadows High.

The best part: It's free. Yep - those who bring in a gently used (organizers stress that adjective) gown are able to walk away with a different one, should they choose, at no cost.
