Medrano, 18, had just been outfitted with everything she needed to go to her May 14 senior prom at West Aurora High School. The red dress with the glittery top, matching shoes and purse, necklace, bracelet and earrings might not have been possible without Cinderella's Closet because they were items her mother said the family could not afford.
