R.R. Donnelley joins in strategic union CHICAGO - R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., which has Wheeling operations, said it partnered with Creative Printing Services Inc. in a strategic alliance. Through the bond, the companies will offer a new Tier One Minority option, which aims to give printing industry clients options over diversity sourcing.

The deal allows Creative to use R.R. Donnelley's manufacturing equipment and information technology and new product development resources. In return, Creative will provide its clients, both those who use only Creative's printing service and a combination of the companies services, with sales and customer support.
