Byline: Janet DeRaleau Daily Herald Correspondent Barat College and DePaul University formed an educational alliance in 2001. DePaul trustees voted in 2004 to stop operating the Lake Forest campus in 2005, citing limited enrollment, small endowment and the need for renovations at the century-old facility.
The last graduation - the school's 86th - took place took place June 11 and the campus closes for good on Thursday. In Barat College's final days, Sister Patsy Reiss kept vigil.
