Daday Daily Herald Correspondent Sister Leonilla Marque, 82, has traveled across the country during her years as a Catholic schoolteacher, but none of her stories lived up to her most recent adventure, of being evacuated from the hurricane-ravaged Gulf Coast. Now safely settled with her religious community in Arlington Heights, she still chuckles about how easily a pair of men picked her up and carried her into a huge Air Force transport helicopter to take her from the Superdome to San Antonio.
