Byline: Henry Stuttley Daily Herald Staff Writer The Oak Brook park board has quietly ousted its director - and one commissioner says the move was done illegally. Commissioner Harry Peters is upset over the park board's surprise ouster of Director Tom Suhs. Peters filed a complaint last week with the DuPage County state's attorney, saying the board violated the Open Meetings Act when it voted behind closed doors to place Suhs on administrative leave and cleaned out his desk.
