The MSL celebrated its 30th title year Tuesday as host Palatine won 2-0 over Hersey to claim the championship trophy. Wheeling defeated Forest View 5-2 in that initial championship contest, which marked the first of five straight appearances for the Falcons under coach Al Beard.
