APAC gets contract from L.A. Times DEERFIELD - APAC Customer Services Inc. recently announced it was awarded a one-year contract from The Los Angeles Times to provide customer care services. The two companies have had a relationship since 1998. APAC will continue to provide customer interaction support services to the newspaper's subscriber base of more than 3.9 million residents.
The company's program designs include subscription renewal, subscriber retention and up-sell, acquisition, account activation and billing resolution.
