Charles J. Malin Mass for Charles J. Malin, 88, of Tucson, Ariz. for 2 1/2 years and formerly of Arlington Heights for 22 years, will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, at St. Francis de Sales Church in Tucson. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, 2006, at the Congregational United Church of Christ, 1001 W.

Kirchoff Road, Arlington Heights. Lunch will follow in the church hall. Born March 22, 1917, in Chicago, he died Sunday, Dec. 4, 2005, in Tucson. Charley Malin grew up on the south side of Chicago and graduated from Tilden Tech High School and DePaul University and earned a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University Law School in 1941.
