Byline: Chad Brooks Daily Herald Staff Writer Already a real estate agent and psychotherapist, Theresa Boutross is hoping she will soon have another title for herself: The Apprentice. Starting Monday, Boutross of Barrington will be one of 18 candidates hoping they have what it takes to become the next reality television champ, when the fifth season of Donald Trump's "The Apprentice" premieres at 8 p.m.
on NBC5. Boutross refused to be interviewed until the show has finished running on TV. According to her biography on NBC's Web site, Boutross is a psychotherapist and wellness center owner who earned a psychology degree from Northwestern University and a masters in clinical social work from the University of Chicago.
