Byline: Bob Susnjara Daily Herald Staff Writer Former Gurnee trustee Tom Chamberlain remains the target of an amended defamation lawsuit lodged against him by a local restaurateur over comments purportedly made during his village board tenure. Documents filed in Lake County circuit court allege some of Chamberlain's defamatory remarks about restaurant owner Tony Maniscalco came at a village board meeting March 21.
