Baxter's China sites to get $60 million DEERFIELD - Baxter International Inc. on Wednesday said it plans to invest $60 million in the next five years to expand four manufacturing plants in China. The Deerfield-based medical products firm said expansion is necessary to support sales of its medication delivery and renal businesses.

Baxter, whose 2005 sales in China reached $100 million, expects to more than double that by 2010, the firm said.
