Energy policy lack falls on all of us The energy crisis is affecting every person in the United States and the world. As a country, we use more oil per capita than any other nation. Everyone, from politicians to consumers, is blaming the president for this inept energy policy of dependence on foreign oil.

Illinois Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin was a representative prior to becoming a senator. What has he done since 1983 to introduce any type of energy policy? Outspoken Democratic Sen.
