Byline: Mike Comerford Daily Herald Business Writer The soap opera-like comings and goings of Enesco's top executive corps continue with the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Cynthia Passmore, possibly creating a chain events that may devastate America's top maker of collectibles. Why did the company's top female resign? Will the designer of the firm's top giftware line leave, because she is leaving? How will the powerful bankers react to Enesco without the one- time star Revlon executive? More clues may come Monday as the Itasca-based company discusses its first quarter but the answer may be simply that the company is losing money and her turnaround efforts aren't working fast enough.
