Mark A. Strimel of Lake Zurich Prayers for Mark A. Strimel, 45, will be said at 9:30 a.m.Thursday, at Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, proceeding to St. Francis de Sales Church, 11 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, for a Mass at 10 a.m. Interment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.

Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home. Born Feb. 9, 1961, he died Sunday, June 11, 2006. Mark was a graduate of St. Rita High School, class of 1979. He was a quarterback at Purdue University in 1979 and 1980.
