Naperville agency bought by Gallagher ITASCA - International insurance brokerage and risk management firm Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. on Monday announced its acquisition of Robert Keith & Associates Inc., a Naperville-based surety bonding specialty agency with approximately eight employees. Terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
Robert Keith & Associates, founded in 1984, will operate under the direction of Thomas J. Gallagher, Midwest regional manager of Gallagher's Brokerage Services division.
