Byline: Sheila Ahern Daily Herald Staff Writer Years ago, car dealership waiting rooms featured old fishing magazines and maybe some free hot dogs during special sale weekends. No more. Arlington Lexus will offer a day spa and sports room with plasma televisions in its new dealership.

The dealership will offer pedicures, manicures, facials and massages alongside workout rooms and tanning beds. Food, coffee, soft drinks and newspapers also will be sold in special meeting rooms, said Mark Battista, director of governmental affairs for the Bob Rohrman Auto Group, based in Lafayette, Ind.
