NYSE to suspend Enesco stock ITASCA - The New York Stock Exchange will suspend trading Enesco Group common stock after the market closes Friday on its determination that Enesco had not made sufficient progress toward compliance standards. Enesco said Wednesday it does not expect to appeal the decision.
It will voluntarily withdraw from listing on the NYSE Arca and expects to be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board. Enesco's board also named Interim Chief Executive Basil Ellio permanent CEO and president. Marie Meisenbach Graul was made permanent chief of finance.
