Diamond Castle finalizes NES deal.(Business)

Byline: Anna Marie Kukec Daily Herald Business Writer A Chicago company headed by a former United Airlines executive said Friday it has completed its sale to an investment group for about $850 million. Chicago-based NES Rentals Holdings Inc., which rents equipment to construction companies, now is owned by affiliates of Diamond Castle Holdings LLC, a private equity firm.
"There will be no change to our customers. It's business as usual," said Michael Disser, NES marketing vice president. "There will be no immediate plans for any major changes."
