For Harry Thompson of Lombard, GM means Game Master. "Storyteller, dungeon master - call it what you want - you're the director of the show," he said.

The 28-year-old Lombard man will be one of several people running open-ended role-playing games during an all-day gaming event put on by Strange Soil Games.
