Loss continues to expand at eLoyalty LAKE FOREST - Second-quarter losses widened 76 percent for eLoyalty Corp. despite a rise in revenue. The company, in the midst of repositioning its business, cited investment outlays in analytics. The customer relationship management provider reported losses of $5.1 million, or 82 cents per share, compared to losses of $2.9 million, or 52 cents, in the same 2005 period.
Analysts expected earnings of 15 cents a share. Revenue rose 5 percent to $20.6 million.
