Walter G. Curtis of Northbrook A memorial service and an interment ceremony for Walter G. Curtis, 86, formerly of Johnson City, Tenn. for 16 years, will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, at Village Presbyterian Church in Northbrook. Born Oct. 17, 1919, in Lisbon, N.D., he died Wednesday, Sept.
6, 2006, in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Curtis grew up in Fargo, N.D. and Milwaukee. After serving in the Army during World War II, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin and made his career with the Ford Motor Company. Over the course of 33 years, he traveled the world in both public relations and sales capacities.
