Byline: John Leusch Daily Herald Sports Writer One might say Drewann Pancratz couldn't miss when it came to being a star athlete at Schaumburg High School. Father Andy was a basketball star at Hersey High School and DePaul University, playing for the legendary Ray Meyer. Mother Jeanette played volleyball and was a cheerleader at DePaul at the same time.
Brothers Mark, Zach and Jake all starred in basketball at Schaumburg. Mark and Zach earned Division I scholarships to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Northern Illinois, and Jake will play at the University of Chicago (Division III).
