Byline: Brian Pitts Daily Herald Correspondent Carey Pinkowski, the executive race director for The LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon, has been involved with the city's signature race since 1990, and at 48 it appears he has no intention of slowing down. While the Chicago race is his full-time passion, he enjoys many other passions, from watching his 5-year-old daughter play soccer to playing golf and taking annual fishing trips with friends he grew up with in Hammond, Ind.
