Byline: Rachel Baruch Yackley There are plenty of activities that are part of this weekend's Holiday Homecoming celebration in downtown St. Charles. Two take the spotlight, though - the opening of the lights display on Friday and Christmas parade on Saturday. Lighting of the Lights The annual holiday lights celebration begins at about 4:40 p.m.
at Lincoln Park, Main and Fourth streets. The Gaffney Family Brass Ensemble kicks off the entertainment, and choirs from St. Charles East and North high schools will also perform in the Lincoln Park gazebo.
