Byline: Anna Marie Kukec Naperville-based Black Line Consulting, an information technology consulting firm, has acquired Elgin-based Frontline Technology. This is Black Line's second acquisition this year. It acquired Batavia-based Hyperliant Consulting in August. More acquisitions are planned for next year, said Black Line spokeswoman Jeanne Buddingh.
"Black Line is aggressively seeking other companies to acquire and have plans for two to three more acquisitions in 2007, mainly the Chicagoland market," Buddingh said.
