Byline: Tony Gordon Daily Herald Legal Affairs Writer Police say they found financial identity information for more than 90 Major League Baseball players inside the Chicago apartment of a man they were arresting for identity theft. Lake County Assistant State's Attorney Joseph Fusz said it is still undetermined if David Dright, 38, used any of the players' information to commit a crime.

Fusz said the information found Tuesday at 5246 W. Chicago Ave., Apt. 3W, included mortgage applications, duplicate paychecks, credit card numbers and other sensitive data. "I was going through some of the stuff, and I found something that looked like a paycheck," Fusz said. "I actually looked at it two or three times before I realized it was for $758,000." Fusz...
