Vasco stock soars on record revenue OAKBROOK TERRACE - Increased calls for online security helped fourth-quarter profit surge 70 percent for Vasco Data Security International Inc. The news sent stock soaring over 20 percent in late Tuesday trading. Shares fell 11 cents, or less than 1 percent, to close at $18.34 on Wednesday.
Profit reached $5.1 million, or 13 cents a share, vs. $3 million, or 8 cents, a year ago.
