Byline: Jack Komperda Daily Herald Staff Writer Carla Aloisio has spent an awful long time cutting hair, renting salon chairs and scrimping with her husband to open her own shop. The Wayne woman is now set to open the first business in Carol Stream's Fountains at Town Center. The 37-acre development of townhouses and strip mall businesses is located north of the Ross Ferraro Town Center and is to include two restaurants, a coffee shop, a dry cleaner and Aloisio's shop, named Gossip Salon.
