William J. Griesser formerly of Arlington Heights Private family graveside services for William J. Griesser, 75, of Rockford, will be held at Elm Lawn Cemetery in Elmhurst, Ill. Born April 9, 1931, in Chicago, the son of William C. and Lydia (nee Hennig) Griesser, hepassed away Thursday, Feb.

8, 2007. He graduated from Oak Park High School and received his B.S. degree from Western Michigan University. He served in the Army during the Korean War. William was employed as a finance product development manager at Allstate Enterprises, Inc.(now Sears Financial) from 1964 to 1977. He was a resident of Rockford since 1983, coming from Arlington Heights. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and a member of the board of directors for Trinity House, Tinker Swiss...
