Class AA DeKalb supersectional Conant (27-2) vs. Rockford Boylan (27-3) 6 p.m. today at Northern Illinois University Convocation Center How they got here: Conant defeated Larkin 70-35 and St. Charles North 69-41 to win the Leyden regional and Elk Grove 53-37 and Lake Park 48-39 to win the Elgin sectional.

Boylan beat DeKalb 89-52 and Burlington Central 76-70 to win the Sycamore regional and Rockford Guilford 59-51 and Rock Falls 60-55 to win the Machesney Park Harlem sectional. Postseason history: Conant is making its sixth supersectional trip and first since 1997 when it lost to West Aurora 45-32 in 1997. Its only supersectional win as 69-56 over Naperville North in 1994.
