Neuqua grad now head of U of I student body.(Neighbor)

Byline: Sara Hooker Daily Herald Staff Writer Justin Randall knows public service. As a Neuqua Valley High School student he served as the student representative on the Naperville plan commission and as a liaison to the Indian Prairie Unit District 204 school board. Now a junior at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Randall recently was elected president of the student body.
He presides over 50 members of the Illinois Student Senate and the accompanying 300 student staff members. It's a position that has its hand in nearly everything that happens on campus, he said.
