Ruth Elaine Tuomi of Arlington Heights Visitation for Ruth Elaine Tuomi (nee Campbell) will be from 11 a.m. until time of the funeral service, at 1 p.m. Monday, April 9, in St. John's Chapel at the Lutheran Home and Services, 800 W. Oakton, Arlington Heights. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Arlington Heights.

Born May 23, 1923, in Ada, Ohio, she died, Wednesday, April 4, 2007, at the Lutheran Home and Services in Arlington Heights. She received a bachelor of science with distinction in education from Ohio State University and a master of arts from Northeastern Illinois University.
