Byline: Ashok Selvam Daily Herald Staff Writer Business owners waiting for a definitive answer to the progress of the Dominick's development in Rolling Meadows are seeing their patience tested. They're not alone, as City Manager Tom Melena said Tuesday that if the developer, Bristol Chicago LLC doesn't have its financial numbers together by a May 17 meeting with city staff, he'll recommend to terminate the development agreement.
