Dale A. Nestel Mr. Dale A. Nestel, 76, died Sunday, May 13, 2007, in Clermont, Fla. Mr. Nestel was born on Aug. 12, 1930, in Whitley County, Ind., the son of Sarah Ruth and Abraham Daniel Nestel. He graduated from Churubusco High School and Ball State University. On June 14, 1952, he was married in Muncie, Ind.

to Janet S. Melvin. After serving in the Air Force as an instructor pilot, Dale was an air traffic controller. Dale was a Christian and he was faithful to serve in various churches in the communities in which he resided. Surviving are his wife, Janet Nestel; sons, William and wife, Debi Nestel and John Nestel; daughter; Julie Lynn Byrd; six grandchildren; five nieces and five nephews; sister, Martha Ann Egolf; and sisters-in-law, Connie Teghtmeyer and...
