Randall J. Kostka Memorial visitation for Randall J. Kostka, 55, of Richmond, Ind., formerly of Chicago, will be from 9 a.m. until the time of the memorial Mass at 10 a.m. Friday, May 11, at St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Church, 1201 E. Anderson Drive, Palatine. Born May 28, 1951, in Chicago, he died Wednesday, April 11, 2007, at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis.

Survivors include his wife, Leone M. Kostka (nee McCoy); sons, Brian K. Kostka and Shaun P. Kostka; his mother, Geraldine Gambelli; and sister, Nancy (Tony) Mistretta. He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Kostka. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society, 1114 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
