Jane Blythe Barton A memorial service for Jane Blythe Barton will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 9, at First Presbyterian Church, 302 N. Dunton Ave., Arlington Heights. Interment was on May 29 in the Post Cemetery, Ft. Sheridan, Ill. Born March 25, 1922, in Williamsburg, Iowa, she passed away May 25, 2007 at home.
Jane served three years in the Navy during World War II. She was a lover of the arts, the environment and her family. Jane began her career in Chicago as a writer for NBC Radio, and later taught elementary school for 20 years.
