David A. Crouch A celebration of the life of David A. Crouch, 47, will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 17, at First Presbyterian Church, 302 N. Dunton Ave., Arlington Heights. Interment will be private. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Sunday, at the church. Born Aug. 2, 1959, in Chicago, Dave died Thursday, June 14, 2007, after a long and heroic 18-year battle with multiple sclerosis.
A 1983 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign, Dave had been a CPA with IDEX Corporation of Northbrook.
