Hannah Black, 17, the daughter of Cassie Horvath and Ron Black, succeeds Elizabeth Lange.

She will be attending DePaul University this fall. The annual pageant was held at Vernon Hills High School. Other winners were Junior Miss Vanessa Nagel, 14, who will be a sophomore at Vernon Hills High School this fall. She is the daughter of Jane and Robert Nagel. Cassidy Raasch, 8, was selected as Little Miss. She is the daughter of Janine Ritchie and Paul Raasch and will be a third- grader at Townline...
