Byline: Amy Mack Like many of us, Bill Dwyer chafes at our clogged roads, particularly when each trip through McHenry County's challenging crossroads of Route 31 and Route 62 skyrockets the blood pressure. The Crystal Lake resident is speaking out, and he hopes you'll join him. He's the new head of a grassroots group, primarily made up of business folks so far but hoping we regular commuters hop aboard.

The McHenry County Better Roads Coalition plans to push to help restore state funding for the western Algonquin bypass. And they'd love to see it on the front burner.
