ntwohey@@dailyherald.com Tim Stopka of St. Charles joined Nimlok Chicago, a Niles-based trade show exhibit designer and builder, as an account executive. Stopka previously worked as a sales consultant at Hot Spring Spas of Fox Valley while attending DePaul University. Pamela Ferdinand of Maple Park and Judy Maxwell of Sugar Grove, both Future Education Association coordinators for Aurora University's College of Education, were honored by Phi Delta Kappa's Northern Illinois University chapter with grants.

Aurora University will use the money for an annual summer training conference for Future Education Association members from Fox Valley-area high schools. Ferdinand and Maxwell also received the Service Key award for service to the Phi Delta Kappa chapter....
