Byline: Don Mauer Since writing "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Grilling" last year I've continued to learn about grilling and become a picky griller in the process. For example, I've grilled on both gas and charcoal and prefer, believe it or not, charcoal. Yes, there's a definite appeal to gas grill's ease-of-use.
