Village trustees on the public health and safety committee are recommending that Addison join the Clean Air Counts program, which is being spearheaded by the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus in cooperation with the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency. The full board is expected to endorse the local initiative at an upcoming meeting.
