Edward Nathan Witz

A memorial service for Mr. Edward Nathan Witz will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, at Friendship Village in Schaumburg. Interment is private. Mr. Witz served in World War II as a first lieutenant in the Army Air Corps. He was honorably discharged from the Air Force Reserves Jan. 10, 1957. He was an associate life member of Hadasssah. Edward was the beloved husband of Naomi (nee Welsh); devoted father of Robert (Elaine) Witz and Lynda (Hillard) Herzog; devoted stepfather of Daniel (Donna) Kramer; cherished grandfather of Dr. Aaron (Clairann), Jennifer and Seth; cherished stepgrandfather of Bruce, Tara (Clint) Board and great-grandfather of Adaline Witz; and dear brother of Charlotte (Louis) Slutsky.
