Marie A. Restarski of Lindenhurst Memorial services for Marie A. Restarski, 83, will be held at a future date. Born Dec. 26, 1924, in Duluth, Minn., the daughter of the late Blanche and Henry Peterson, she passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, 2008, at Hillcrest Retirement Village in Round Lake Beach.

She graduated from Augustana College of Nursing and was a Registered Nurse. She studied pre-med at Loyola University in Chicago and worked at the Dental Clinic at Loyola, where she met her future husband. She married Ted Restarski on June 26, 1952. They lived in Lindenhurst since 1963, where Dr. Restarski had his dental office. Marie enjoyed sewing and tending to her garden.
