Visitation for Andrew J. Bruno will be from 4 until 9 p.m., with prayer service at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 29, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (four blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment is private. Born Jan. 19, 1923, in Chicago, to Joseph and Anne (nee Citrona) Bruno, he died Feb. 26, 2008, at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates. Mr. Bruno worked for Bowman Dairy as a milkman before owning and operating a Sinclair/Arco gas station in Chicago. He served in the Army during World War II. Andrew is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Bruno (nee Ermitage), whom he married Oct. 22, 1950; daughters, Anna T. (Richard) Giovannini of Arlington Heights and Theresa M. (Robert Jr.) Garner...
