John W. Polick of Batavia

A memorial visitation for John W. Polick, formerly of West Chicago, will be from 10 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 8, at First Baptist Church of Geneva (East Campus, 2300 South Street). Born April 19, 1957, in Birmingham, Mich., to John and Helen Polick, he died Sunday, March 2, 2008. John grew up in Deerfield, where he graduated from and starred on the high school basketball team before entering Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. He later received a Master's Degree from Northern Illinois University. John began his career with Price Waterhouse in Chicago and later started his own computer consulting company, Innovative Micro Solutions in West Chicago. John is survived by his former wife,...
