Kathryn "Katie" Mitchell A Mass of Christian Burial for Kathryn "Katie" Mitchell will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, at St. Mary of the Annunciation Church, 22333 W. Erhart Road, Mundelein. Interment will follow in Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today, at Kristan Funeral Home P.C., 219 W.

Maple Ave. (two blocks west of Route 45 on Route 176), Mundelein, and from 9 a.m. until the time of the Mass Monday, at the church. Born Jan. 11, 1983, in Libertyville, the daughter of Steve and Peggy Mitchell, she died Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at home surrounded by her parents and wonderful nurse, Karen.
