The funeral for John E. Alberts, 76, of Lake in the Hills, will begin with prayers at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, at Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Road, Mount Prospect, going to St. Emily Church, 1400 E. Central Road, Mount Prospect, for a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery. Visitation is 3 to 9 p.m. Friday, March 14, at the funeral home.
